I had a fantastic stay at Riviera Maya Suites. The central location couldn't have been better, being just a block from 5th Ave and three blocks from the beach. The gardens surrounding the hotel provided a beautiful and serene atmosphere. however, I did have trouble with noise at times. Overall, the staff were really good and truly enhanced my experience.

I had an amazing stay at the Riviera Maya Suites! The location was ideal, just a short walk from 5th Avenue and the beach, offering both convenience and tranquility. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel at home. However, I did experience a minor issue with getting my deposit refunded promptly, which was a little disappointing.
